Account Executive / Senior Account Executive Full Time

Liminal is hiring! We are an independent, boutique specialist financial services PR agency, based in London, working with some of the most interesting firms across investment management, fintech, private markets, banking and more. Small by design, we operate without the layers that slow bigger agencies down, which means everyone here does meaningful work from day one.We’re looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join us. If you have one to three years of experience in corporate communications, within a financial services context, and a genuine curiosity about the financial sector, we will back you with the kind of development opportunities, support and benefits that most agencies reserve for much more senior hires.Salary range: £26,000 – £33,000What you’ll be doingDeveloping story angles and pitching financial and business journalists via email, phone and in personBuilding and maintaining strong media relationshipsSpotting opportunities in breaking news and market developmentsDrafting press releases, commentary, articles and other client contentSupporting day-to-day client communications and media activityDeveloping narratives around complex financial and fintech topicsMonitoring media coverage, industry developments and competitor activityDeveloping a strong working knowledge of clients’ businesses and sectorsHelping ensure the team delivers against KPIs and plans ahead each quarterAttending client events and industry conferences What we’re looking forOne to three years of experience in financial or corporate communications, in-house or at an agencyGenuine curiosity about financial services and the habit of staying informedConfidence in client-facing situationsSolid media relations experience and an understanding of what makes a good storyStrong writing skills and an eye for detailSomeone who is proactive, organised and happy to get involved in all aspects of a small agencyA positive, enthusiastic and collaborative team playerWhat we offer30 days holiday, plus three days over Christmas and all bank holidaysHybrid working, with up to two days remote per weekEnhanced, and equal, parental leaveAnnual bonusExtensive internal trainingPrivate healthcare after one yearAccess to an office gym and exercise classesInternational opportunities and exchange opportunities through the Fincom AllianceRegular team lunches and social eventsWhy Liminal?Liminal is a great agency to join when you are starting out in financial services PR.
