We are looking for an Accommodation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accommodation operations and ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accommodation operations and bookings.
- Handle platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and others.
- Monitor availability and manage calendars.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Resolve accommodation-related issues efficiently.
- Track guest reviews and improve customer experience.
- Prepare performance and occupancy reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accommodation, hospitality, or property management.
- Familiarity with booking platforms (Booking, Airbnb, Agoda).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Excel or PMS systems.
- Good command of English is preferred.
