About Our Ambassador Programmes
Our student ambassador network is designed to help brands build authentic, on-the-ground connections with early talent. We work with both students already engaged in a brand’s early talent pipeline, such as returning interns, as well as those newly introduced to the organisation, equipping them to represent the brand with credibility and confidence.
By activating ambassadors across campuses and online, we enable brands to tap into highly engaged student networks, extending their reach through trusted, peer-to-peer advocacy. For many students, ambassadors are a first introduction to a company’s culture and values – making them a critical touchpoint in shaping perception and driving interest.
Within the team, this means building, training, and supporting a high-performing community of ambassadors who feel genuinely connected to the brands they represent, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement across all activities.
In a landscape where authenticity drives impact, Wiser Academy plays a key role in helping brands show up meaningfully through the voices of students who know and believe in them.
What’s this role all about?
As an Academy Associate, your primary responsibility will be supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of our ambassador programmes. This will play a key role in delivering high-impact programmes that connect brands with early talent in an authentic, meaningful way. You’ll support the core operations that keep programmes running smoothly – from recruiting standout ambassadors to maintaining strong day-to-day delivery.
You’ll support ambassador recruitment; helping to screen, assess, and interview candidates to build engaged, high-quality communities. You’ll help ensure training days run seamlessly. Monthly, you’ll ensure ambassadors are paid accurately and on time, and all communications are clear, timely, and effective.
You’ll help keep programmes running at pace – managing queries, maintaining consistent engagement, and ensuring activity is delivered to a high standard. By staying close to social media trends and the evolving early talent landscape, you’ll help shape monthly activity that feels relevant, creative, and aligned to brand goals.
