🔧 NEW JOB: We’re hiring: 1st Line IT Support Analyst

📍 Northampton / Hybrid

💷 Salary from £25,000

⏰ Full‑time, 37.5 hours (shift pattern between 8am–6pm)

We’re looking for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join our Service Desk team, supporting over 300 UK nursery locations and colleagues worldwide.

You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, resolving technical issues, logging and managing tickets, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing 1st line IT support via phone, ticketing system and remote tools
• Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365 and user access issues
• Supporting users in a Citrix environment
• Escalating complex issues where required
• Delivering a high standard of customer service

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a Service Desk / Tier 1 support role
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory & Exchange
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
• Passion for technology and learning

🎓 IT‑related qualifications and Microsoft certifications are desirable
