Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth. Liaising with allocated accounts.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure orders and close deals effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assisting external sales with customer enquiries and promotions.
- Monitoring sales back orders.
- Placing purchase orders.
- Quoting tenders.
Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between client locations.
