In this hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our fast-growing team and the technology that powers ROLLER’s global operations.As the first line of IT support, you’ll ensure our internal systems run smoothly, secure our tech infrastructure, and enable teams across the business, from Engineering, Product, Finance, and Sales, to thrive. You’ll gain exposure to AWS Azure DevOps, and a wide range of SaaS tools, working closely with experienced engineers who have built a world-class platform. If you’re someone who loves solving problems, improving processes, and enabling others through tech, this role is for you!This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 in-office days at our Shoreditch office to support our growing London-based team.What You’ll DoAct as the first point of contact for employees needing ICT support in the regionRespond to and resolve (or escalate) service desk tickets in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain and enhance a preventative maintenance schedule to reduce downtimeBuild and update a comprehensive knowledge base to reduce repeat issues and empower self-serviceTroubleshoot and assist with any technical issues related to hardware, software, or infrastructureProcure, configure, and deploy new hardware and software for new hiresManage the IT asset register to track hardware and software accuratelySet up and manage software subscriptions, usage tracking, and analyticsIdentify opportunities for system improvements and lead small-scale implementation projectsPerform other tasks as directed to support business and tech operationsAbout You2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role within a high-growth environmentYou’re passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a logical approach to solving problemsHands on experience with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Google Workspace administrationFamiliarity with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)Exposure to security tools such as CrowdstrikeSolid understanding of networking, mobile device management (MDM), and IT infrastructureWorking knowledge of ITIL or other IT support frameworksExcellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholdersSelf motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a teamComfortable working 4 days on-site in our London Office, with flexibility for occasional after-hours supportPerks!Attractive compensation package.You get to work on a category-leading product that customers love in a fun, high-growth industry!
