JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator – ContractLOCATION: Aylesford, Kent – Office basedWORKING HOURS: 8am – 4.30pm, we are also open to part time hours, but you would need to start at 8am and be in Monday – FridayA Bit a About The Role..We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team and support the coordination and delivery of new product lines. This is a temporary opportunity for an initial period of 2-3 months, with the potential for extension depending on business needs and performance.This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will make an immediate impact. You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate project tracking, driving daily communication across teams, and ensuring actions and deadlines are delivered on time.Working closely with cross-functional teams across the business, you’ll help keep projects moving smoothly and play a central role in supporting successful product delivery.Some Of Your Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and maintaining the New Product Development tracker for new product lines, ensuring all project data is accurate and up to date. Producing and distributing daily reports in preparation for the 8:00am team meeting. Attending daily team meetings, capturing key updates, risks, and actions. Updating project trackers and documenting follow-ups and action points clearly. Proactively following up on all actions, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely completion. Monitoring progress against deadlines and escalating any risks or delays where necessary. Liaising closely with cross-functional teams across the business to support project delivery. Coordinating project-related communications, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Maintaining organised project documentation, files, and records. Supporting project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, and resource tracking. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and project updates for internal stakeholders. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tracking methods, and team efficiencyAny other admin support as required.
