Full Time | Permanent | Mon–Fri 9.30am–5.30pm | Alternate Saturdays 10am–4pm

Up to £27000,00 basic + Commission (OTE up to £35,000)

The Role

As a Project Coordinator in the Kitchen (KBB) industry, you are the bridge between a client’s dream design and the physical reality. You will be responsible for helping deliver the seamless execution of high-end residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to an impeccable standard.

This is a fast-paced role that requires a unique blend of technical understanding, logistical precision, and exceptional client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from the point of sale through to final installation and aftercare.
• Technical Verification: Review designer plans and CAD drawings to ensure all measurements, service points, and technical specifications are accurate before ordering.
• Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate with various suppliers to order cabinetry, appliances and stone, ensuring all lead times align with the installation schedule.
• Contractor Coordination: Schedule and manage sub-contractors acting as their primary point of contact.
• Client Liaison: Provide regular updates to clients, managing their expectations and resolving any snags or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Showroom Hosting: Welcome guests and talk to them about the displays, qualify them and take their details to book appointments with Designers. Send out brochures, follow-up leads and create new accounts for customers. Ensure the Showroom is spotless and ready for new clients.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Experience

• KBB Experience: Minimum 1+ years working within a KBB showroom environment.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and drawings.
• System Proficiency: Anthill, Winner Compusoft, or similar CRM/ERP systems.
