As our ED&I Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our inclusion commitments, helping us move from good intentions to meaningful, practical action. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work across the business, bringing people with you, building trust, and making the case for inclusion in a way that genuinely lands.
What matters most is that our approach is authentic, our people are listened to and have the opportunity to help shape our agenda. That’s precisely why this role matters. We need someone who is pragmatic and persuasive; someone who can bring people along, build trust with colleagues at all levels, and make the case for inclusion in a way that connects with real business needs. You won’t always be preaching to the converted – you’ll also be winning people over, with a wider team beside you working in partnership.
Working within our People team, you will help coordinate our employee networks, support the delivery of our D&I commitments, manage external partnerships and help embed inclusive practices across AO Group.
