What the Role Involves
• Delivering engaging offline face to face sales and marketing campaigns
• Learning to lead and manage teams through example
• Structured training in communication, leadership, and commercial strategy
• Progression into team leader, campaign manager, or business development roles
• Exposure to client strategy, operations, and business leadership
We’re looking for individuals who are:
• Strong communicators with a positive, goal-driven attitude
• Resilient, adaptable, and committed to long term personal development
• Background in sales, marketing, business management and customer facing roles are beneficial but not essential
