Apprentice Customer Service Full Time NEW

A fast:paced, customer:facing apprenticeship supporting the end:to:end movement of freight. Youll act as a key link between customers, transport providers, and internal teams, ensuring shipments run smoothly and customers stay fully informed at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers, providing clear, timely updates on shipment progress
• Proactively communicate delays, changes, or issues and manage expectations
• Liaise with hauliers and airlines to gather real:time shipment and schedule information
• Monitor jobs from start to finish, ensuring service levels are met
• Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and internal systems
• Maintain accurate records of communications and job activity
• Build strong working relationships with transport partners and colleagues
• Identify and escalate potential service issues to minimise disruption
• Deliver professional, high:quality customer service at all times
