Position Overview

What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
- Generate and manage qualified leads through digital platforms
- Conduct structured conversations with prospective clients (phone/Zoom)
- Support client onboarding and overall client experience
- Mentor and guide new team members
- Operate independently with a high level of accountability
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or leadership
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- Confident using digital tools and online platforms
