We are looking for an organised individual to undertake the role of Information Request Administrator, able to work flexibly and to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management skills. As part of the Information Governance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective subject access request services and undertaking other administrative duties. You will have sound IT skills and a commitment to provide excellent customer service and be a team player with a flexible attitude to your day-to-day work. Experience of working in an information governance environment would be desirable.

Job Description Summary (Main Duties And Responsibilities)
The post holder will work as part of the Information Governance Team concentrating on ensuring that an exceptional customer service is provided to requests for information under Freedom of Information Act, Environmental Information Regulations 2004, UK General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018. To ensure the Trust meets its compliance within the legal framework for information requests.
The post holder will deal with patients, carers, the Police, Solicitors, and members of the public on a daily basis.
The post holder must be able to cope with reading sensitive and upsetting material and will be part of a team committed to delivering customer excellence.
Post holder will be responsible for ensuring a good quality service is provided and service statutory deadlines and Key Performance Indicators are adhered to.
