Role Description

This is a part-time, self-employed role for an Internal HR & Recruitment Officer, based in Surrey. The officer will oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, including developing job descriptions, managing candidate experience, and maintaining effective employee relations. Additional responsibilities include implementing HR policies, supporting staff development initiatives, and ensuring HR compliance with organisational standards. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous recruitment experience required
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Proficiency in Job Description Development and implementing HR Policies.
• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and addressing workplace concerns effectively.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.
• Relevant experience or certification in HR is an advantage.
• Understanding of the sports, education, or well-being sectors is beneficial but not required.
