The practitioner is responsible for ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with Trust policies and procedures, while maintaining all associated records. Through the use of clinical audit, research, supervision of practice, and teaching, they will monitor and improve standards of care, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated practitioner who can communicate effectively, even when dealing with complex or sensitive situations. You will assess and manage patients with changing and complex needs, planning, delivering and evaluating programmes of care across a varied caseload.
You’ll promote best practice in health, safety and security, support equality and diversity, and contribute to service development and quality improvement. As a team leader, you will guide staff in developing their knowledge and practice, while coordinating, allocating and monitoring daily work. You will also help ensure the efficient use of physical and financial resources.
