About the Role
We are looking for experienced accountants who are curious about AI and want to help shape the future of accounting workflows.
This is NOT a traditional accounting role. You will work with our product team to design, test, and improve AI-driven accounting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design AI-powered accounting workflows.
– Provide expert input on real-world accounting processes.
– Test and validate product features from an accountant’s perspective.
– Identify inefficiencies and suggest automation opportunities.
– Improve bookkeeping, reporting, and client workflows.
Requirements
– Strong accounting background (ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent experience)
– Experience in an accounting firm / practice
– Understanding of UK accounting workflows (VAT, payroll, year-end)
– Experience with tools like Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
– Interest in AI and emerging technologies
Nice to Have
– Exposure to automation tools
– Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
– Experience in process improvement
– Client-facing or advisory experience
