We are seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Superintendent Radiographer to lead our busy and evolving Neuroradiology service. This is an excellent opportunity to shape service delivery, drive innovation, and support the development of a skilled and committed team within a highly specialised imaging environment.As Superintendent Radiographer, you will provide strong clinical and managerial leadership, ensuring the delivery of a safe, high‑quality, and efficient Neuroimaging service. You will act as a visible role model and mentor, supporting radiographers and support staff while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and patient‑centred care.In this role, you will be responsible for implementing departmental policies, embedding clinical governance, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with Trust and national guidelines.You will oversee operational performance, including workforce management, staff rostering, recruitment and retention, and managing sickness and competency processes. You will lead on achieving key performance indicators, budgetary targets, and waiting list management, while ensuring optimal utilisation of imaging capacity across booked sessions.
