This role is responsible for building and running a high-output creative engine across multiple pods, ensuring consistent delivery of high-performing assets for both organic and paid UA.You will lead producers and editors across key content areas (Organic, Paid 40+, Core, Testimonials), ensuring each pod operates effectively while maintaining a unified creative system.You’ll be responsible for:Owning UGC video production output across all pods and content streamsManaging and developing Creative Producers and motion/video resources across podsEnsuring consistent production volume, quality, and turnaround across Organic, Paid, Core, and TestimonialsBuilding and maintaining a scalable creative production system across teamsPartnering with strategists and UA to align production with performance needsEnsuring winning concepts are effectively scaled across pods and platformsAllocating resources across pods based on priorities and performance signalsEstablishing clear workflows for briefing, production, and iterationDriving cross-pod learnings and ensuring best practices are shared and reusedYour ExperienceMust-have:5+ years in creative production, UGC, or performance content rolesExperience managing creative teams (producers, editors, creators)Strong understanding of short-form video production for TikTokExperience operating high-volume creative production systemsAbility to balance speed, quality, and scale across multiple workstreamsExperience working cross-functionally with UA, strategy, and creative teamsStrong ownership mindset with ability to prioritise and allocate resources effectivelyFluent English with experience delivering content for US audiencesWhat Success Looks LikeReliable, scalable production output across all podsClear ownership and performance across Organic, Paid, Core, and Testimonials streamsFaster production cycles with increased volume and maintained qualityEffective scaling of winning creatives across pods and platformsStronger contribution of Social Growth production to paid UA performanceHow We WorkWe’re a mission-led, product-driven team.
