Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a leading, globally recognised law firm to recruit a Legal PA for their highly respected Intellectual Property and Media team.
The Job
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking and collaborative team, providing high-level PA and administrative support to senior fee earners across a diverse range of intellectual property, media and technology matters. The role offers real variety and pace, where you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth running of a busy practice. Previous experience in IP or media law is not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary or PA looking to expand their expertise and gain exposure to a niche and in-demand area.

The Role
* Deliver high-quality PA and administrative support to partners and fee earners within the Intellectual Property and Media team
* Draft, format and manage a wide range of legal documents and correspondence
* Audio and copy typing, document production and efficient file management
* Act as a professional and responsive point of contact for clients, colleagues and external parties
* Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, travel and key deadlines
* Support billing processes, matter management and general administrative tasks
* Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure work is completed to a high standard
The Person
* Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a legal or professional services setting
* No prior IP or media experience required
* Strong typing and document production capabilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Proactive, reliable and capable of working independently
* A collaborative team player with a flexible approach
