Job description

Excellent opportunity for a multitasking Warehouse Assistant to join a fun and Dynamic small family business.

Key duties

Preparing orders for clients

Packing online orders

Manage companies online platform account

Manage all social media channels

Dealing with customer enquiries

Serve customers over the phone and face to face in our reception area.

Mixing and matching Car/Wood colours (full training will be provided)

Keep the office and warehouse organised and well-maintained

Any other general business support duties

Working hours and conditions

Full time Hours: Monday-Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30; Friday: 08:30 – 17:00; Every other Saturday: 09:00-14:00

Pay : £27,000.00- £29,000.00 Per Annum

Qualifications

Fast learner and ability to take on new challenges

Ability to think creatively and use own initiative

Excellent telephone based customer service skills

Organised with strong attention to detail

Professional, enthusiastic, competent and well presented

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Full driving license
