We’re looking for a highly organised Project Administrator to provide high quality operational and administrative support to the ULiving@Hertfordshire team.
Key Requirements
About the Role
As Project Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the ULiving@Hertfordshire operation, providing high‑quality administrative support to the CEO and a busy, cross‑functional team. From managing inboxes, diaries and key documentation to coordinating Board and stakeholder meetings, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the asset running smoothly and professionally.
You’ll support a wide range of activity across facilities management, asset management, sales, marketing and student experience, working with room sales data, producing reports, tracking actions and helping turn insight into action. You’ll also help drive delivery of the site’s ESG commitments, coordinate student engagement initiatives, and ensure the office environment is well organised and welcoming. This is a varied, visible role for someone who enjoys managing various priorities, taking ownership and making a genuine impact through proactive, high quality support.
About You
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, resilient and highly organised, with 2-5 years’ experience in an office management or administrative environment and proven minute‑taking experience supporting senior stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have experience working within the Higher Education sector, a PFI/PPP environment, or a service led operational setting such as facilities or asset management.
