Your Purpose
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to support the smooth and compliant running of business operations. In this role, you will oversee key administrative, accounting, logistics, and procurement activities, ensuring processes run efficiently and accurately.
You will play a central role in financial tracking, operational coordination, and stakeholder communication, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage information flow, support cost-effective decision making, and ensure operational continuity.
This role offers the opportunity to operate with a high level of autonomy, contributing to financial transparency and supporting the wider management and operational teams in delivering efficient and well-controlled business operations.
Your Impact
Accounting, Administration And Cost Control
Supports accounting and administrative activities including invoice processing, expense tracking, cost allocation and documentation control. Ensures financial records are accurate and compliant with internal and external requirements. Monitors costs against budgets, highlights variances, supports cost-control initiatives and provides management data. Supports audits, reporting and financial systems.
Logistics, Procurement And Supplier Coordination
Coordinates logistics and procurement activities, ensuring timely purchasing aligned with operational needs and budgets. Manages purchase requests, liaises with suppliers, tracks deliveries and ensures required documentation and approvals. Supports supplier selection, maintains vendor records and contributes to procurement optimisation focused on cost efficiency and reliability. Acts as an interface between operations, finance and external partners.
Operational Coordination And Internal Support
Provides cross-functional coordination, supporting communication across departments and stakeholders. Organises schedules, manages documentation, tracks action and ensures follow-up. Supports process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical administrative solutions, while managing multiple workstreams with accuracy and professionalism.
Your Journey so far
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who can manage multiple priorities and structure information effectively, combined with solid numerical and analytical abilities to support cost tracking, financial documentation, and basic accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be confident using standard office tools such as Excel, Word, and email systems, as well as administrative or accounting software, and will demonstrate clear and professional communication skills when working with both internal teams and external suppliers.
