Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role located at Dudley in Birmingham United Kingdom. The Team Lead will oversee daily team operations, manage performance, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure company goals are met. Responsibilities include team mentoring, workflow management, monitoring quality, driving collaboration, and identifying areas for operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience, including fostering collaboration and mentoring team members
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in organizing workflows and implementing process improvements
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to address client needs effectively
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
