About us
We are expanding our Birmingham team and are recruiting a Leadership Management Executive to join us at the start of the year.
This role is ideal for individuals who will help support our current Direct Marketing campaigns while wanting to develop their skills in sales, business development and leadership. This is a sales-focused opportunity where you’ll receive paid training, ongoing mentoring, and a clear progression pathway based on performance and capability.
The role
From the outset, you’ll be trained to represent established UK brands in a customer-facing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
• Communicating brand messaging clearly and professionally
• Building strong relationships with customers face-to-face
• Supporting live client marketing campaigns
• Directly contributing to individual and team performance objectives
This is a hands-on entry-level role where learning happens through real experience. As your confidence and skills develop, you’ll take on more responsibility, progressing toward client account ownership and broader business development involvement.
Training & Progression
