BMS Business Development Manager Full Time NEW

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across a BMS and smart building solutions portfolio. The role focuses on securing new business, developing client relationships, and supporting projects through from initial enquiry to contract award.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new BMS opportunities across commercial, healthcare, education, and critical environmentsBuild and maintain relationships with consultants, M&E contractors, FM providers, and end usersManage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract awardSupport tender submissions, including technical and commercial inputWork closely with design and delivery teams to ensure proposals are aligned with client requirementsDevelop strategic accounts and generate repeat businessTrack pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance against targetsRepresent the business at client meetings, site visits, and industry eventsWhat You’ll Be Working WithA wide range of BMS projects from upgrades to full system installationsMulti-platform environments including Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Siemens, Schneider, and HoneywellSystem integration projects involving BACnet, Modbus, and smart building technologiesEnergy optimisation and smart building solutions across diverse sectorsRequirementsProven experience in BMS, building services, or controls sales/business developmentStrong network within M&E contractors, consultants, or FM sectorGood technical understanding of BMS systems and HVAC (preferred)Experience managing tenders and large-value projects ( 100k- 5M+)Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skillsSummaryA key commercial role focused on expanding market presence within the BMS sector, securing new projects, and building long-term client relationships across a range of industries.
