The Role
As Senior Communications Manager, you’ll work directly with the VP of Brand & Communications to bring Corti’s narrative strategy to life across markets, channels, and formats.
This isn’t a traditional PR role. Yes, you’ll manage agency relationships and drive media coverage. But you’ll also be a creative partner: brainstorming campaign ideas, building assets, working with data to find unexpected angles, and helping us do things that make people pay attention.
We have a clear strategic framework and a network of agencies across key markets. What we need is someone who can operate across all of it – turning proof points into compelling stories, lifting launches beyond the basics, and making our agencies more impactful by equipping them with outstanding content and infectiously good ideas.
Corti has four strategic pillars. Every product development, research output, and customer win is a proof point for one of them. Your job is to work with internal stakeholders to surface those proof points through earned media in the markets we need to reach – primarily Germany, France, and the UK. You’ll do this by working with our agency network and directly with journalists.
You’ll also be the face of communications to our commercial team – the person they come to when a customer win, partnership, or deployment deserves a story. Building that trust and rhythm is central to the role.
This role is ideal for someone who’s done the traditional communications work and is ready for more creative latitude. You’ll have real ownership, direct exposure to how narrative strategy gets built, and the chance to shape how a scaling healthcare AI company shows up in the world.
