As a Director, Study Start Up at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.What You Will Be DoingLeading and managing the Study Start Up team to ensure efficient and timely initiation of clinical trials.Developing and implementing strategies for optimizing study start-up timelines and processes.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the study start-up phase.Overseeing the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and approvals.Providing expertise and guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices related to study start-up activities.Your profile Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience in clinical research, with a focus on study start-up activities.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.What ICON Can Offer YouOur success depends on the quality of our people.
