The role: SEN Teaching Assistant and MDSA (combined role) The hours: SEN TA – 25 hours (Term time only 39 working weeks) & MDSA 2.5 hours per week (term time only 38 working weeks) The contract: Permanent Start: February 2026 Salary: TWHF NJC K4-K7 – £14,636.77 – £15,344.63 – Teaching Assistant Salary: TWHF NJC J3 – £1,404.20 MDSA Vacancy Details Mountford Manor Primary School is a friendly, vibrant primary school based in Swindon. We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for an outstanding SEN Teaching Assistant & MDSA to join our hard-working team. The SEN Teaching Assistant & MDSA will be supporting in the new SEN unit opening from January 2026.
