We are looking for a highly organised individual to provide administrative, coordination, and delivery support to our Social Value function. This role plays a key part in ensuring CAF’s social value commitments are accurately recorded, monitored, and delivered across UK contracts.You’ll support engagement with employees, suppliers, community partners, and customers, while maintaining data and reporting systems and contributing to the smooth running of volunteering, outreach, and community programmes.What this role offers:The chance to contribute to meaningful social value outcomes across major UK rail contracts.Exposure to community partnerships, supply chain engagement, and real-world social impact initiatives.Professional development opportunities, including experience with the TOMs methodology.A supportive, collaborative team environment with national reach.What Salary will you be paid for this role? As a Real Living Wage Employer, we are proud to pay competitively at CAF.
