End User Support Technician – Digital Workplace Experience Full Time

We’re looking for an End User Support Technician to join a high‑performing technology team and play a key role in keeping colleagues productive, connected, and confident in their digital tools.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the first line of technology support, providing a highly responsive and approachable service
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues across laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and workplace technologies (on‑site and remote)
• Supporting VIP users and building trusted relationships across the organisation
• Identifying recurring issues, diagnosing root causes, and helping prevent repeat incidents
• Logging, triaging, and resolving tickets through ITSM tools, working to agreed SLAs
• Supporting onboarding, training, and offboarding to ensure a smooth user experience
• Maintaining IT asset records and contributing to service reporting
• Collaborating with second‑ and third‑line teams and third‑party suppliers where needed
• Providing practical technology guidance to help users get the most from their tools

💡 What we’re looking for

• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
• Experience in an IT support or service desk environment
• Confidence supporting Windows laptops, mobile devices, and end‑user applications
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Freshdesk (or similar)
• Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• A proactive, self‑starting approach with a keen eye for detail

🎓 Nice to have (but not essential)

• CompTIA, Microsoft, or ITIL Foundation certifications
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications
• Exposure to asset management, automation, or digital workplace improvement initiatives
