Role Description

This is a full-time Channel Sales Partner. The selected candidate will develop and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. Responsibilities include collaborating with partners to identify opportunities, overseeing account management activities, supporting partner enablement programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Regular communication and reporting to internal teams will also be key to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with channel partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Proven experience in Account Management, including managing partner relationships and maintaining seamless collaboration.
• Solid Sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a channel partner-driven environment.
• Experience in working with Channel Partners and knowledge of partner enablement strategies.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple relationships and projects effectively.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions, CRM tools, and emerging AI technology is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Windsor and collaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Pay

A channel sales partner can earn up to 30% ARR uncapped commission
