If the above resonates with you, keep reading because we believe you could be a perfect addition to our incredible team!Role OverviewAs the Media Agency Partnerships Lead, you will lead the development and growth of our relationships with major Pan-European media agency groups (such as WPP, Dentsu, Publicis). Your primary objective is to bridge the gap between Titan’s unique technical capabilities—such as our proprietary TV OS data and innovative media formats—and the specific needs of large-scale agencies. You will be responsible for identifying strategic plans to scale revenues, securing long-term advertising spend commitments, and managing those commitments to ensure we meet or exceed our revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across major Pan-European media agency groupsRevenue Scaling: Identify and implement strategic plans to scale advertising spend by aligning Titan’s product roadmap with agency investment prioritiesProduct Innovation & Packaging: Collaborate with internal teams to identify, build, and package innovative media formats and TV OS data products that incentivize long-term agency commitmentsCommitment Management: Negotiate and secure advertising spend commitments and take full ownership of managing these agreements against quarterly and annual revenue targetsMarket Analysis: Monitor the European CTV landscape to identify emerging trends and competitive threats, ensuring Titan remains a preferred partner for agency groupsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, AdOps, andSales teams to ensure bespoke agency solutions are delivered successfully and meet performance benchmarksRequirementsWhat makes you a great fit:Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in senior-level agency sales or partnership management within the digital advertising or CTV ecosystemStrategic Vision: Ability to identify market gaps and translate Titan’s technical assets (data and formats) into compelling commercial productsStrong Network: Existing, high-level relationships within major global media agency holding companies (WPP, Publicis, Dentsu, etc.)Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to negotiate large-scale spend commitments and manage them to strict revenue targetsInternational Expertise: Experience navigating the complexities of the Pan-European advertising marketExcellent Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholdersNice to have:Experience specifically within a TV Operating System (OS) or Hardware OEM environmentDeep understanding of data-driven advertising and audience targeting technologiesBenefitsReasons to apply:Competitive compensationPrivate health insuranceFriendly, diverse, and international work environmentOpportunity to work outside of your comfort zone and develop professionally in an exciting and fast-growing CTV industryChange the future of TV!
