Your Day to Day as a Graduate Business Management

You’ll start at entry level learning the foundations properly:

• Sales and customer acquisition
• Representing different brands and campaigns
• Understanding how different marketing strategies perform in real time
• Learning sales psychology, how people make decisions and how to influence them
• Building communication, confidence, and resilience

You’ll be working across different campaigns and clients, so you’ll see how businesses grow in different industries, not just one.

Progression

Stage 1 – Foundations

• Learn sales, marketing, and client representation
• Build consistency, hit targets, understand performance

Stage 2 – Entry-Level Management

• Start taking ownership of results
• Train and mentor new team members
• Learn how to recruit and build a team
• Develop people and improve performance
• Work directly with senior management

Stage 3 – Senior Management

• Manage full client campaigns
• Oversee different markets and expansion
• Lead larger teams
• Take responsibility for results, growth, and strategy

This is where you move from doing the work to actually running parts of the business.

Training & Development

• Weekly training sessions focused on sales, leadership, and business development
• One-to-one coaching to work on your specific strengths and weaknesses
• Hands-on mentoring from experienced managers
