We’re UBC Flexible Offices, one of the UK’s leading flexible workspace providers, with 15 locations across the country. Our Warrington home is a buzzing hub of startups, growing businesses and remote teams, and we’re looking for a brilliant host to be the heartbeat of it all.
What you’ll actually be doing
No two days look the same here. You’ll be greeting clients and visitors with a genuine smile, keeping our meeting and conference rooms looking sharp, and running a busy front desk like a pro. Think: problem-solver, multitasker, phone-answerer, admin wizard all rolled into one.
- Being the first (and best) point of contact for everyone who walks in
- Prepping and managing meeting rooms for busy schedules
- Handling calls, enquiries and day-to-day admin
- Going the extra mile to make clients feel genuinely looked after
- Keeping things running smoothly — even when it’s hectic
What we’re looking for
You don’t need a specific qualification but you do need energy, warmth and a genuine love of helping people. Ideally you’ll bring:
- Experience in a customer-facing or reception role (hospitality background? even better)
- Strong communication skills, on the phone, face to face and in writing
- The ability to juggle a dozen things at once without losing your cool
- A proactive, can-do attitude and great attention to detail
- Comfortable with MS Office and general admin tasks
