Talent Acquisition Analyst – Global Hedge Fund – £60-70k base + Large bonus potential Full Time

Our client, an expanding global hedge fund, are looking to hire a junior Talent Acquisition professional to step up into an exciting, highly visible / accountable London based role.Working directly with the Global Head of Talent, the hire will take ownership for the firm’s emerging talent recruitment – this is specific to it’s London Analyst, Graduate and Intern programs, specifically for non-investment teams. The London based Head of Talent has had ownership of these programs and process management oversight, however, as their responsibilities grow the firm are looking to bring in an autonomous and growth oriented Junior that can take ownership of talent sourcing, process management and managing relationships with external agency partners.The hire will have the opportunity to get involved in projects focused on making the process more data driven as well as benchmarking, competitor analysis and identifying areas of improvement in the firm’s emerging talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will have 2 – 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition role at a financial services firm, or somebody in an FS agency recruitment role looking to move in-house for the first time. Candidates must have strong academics.The role is paying a £60-70k base salary. The firm run a bonus driven culture – a strong performer can expect to earn a large % of this number as a bonus.
