Due to ongoing expansion and demand within the sector, Real Skills Training Ltd is looking for an experienced Trainer / Assessor to deliver Residential Childcare and Adult Care apprenticeship standards, qualifications and short courses from Levels 2 to 5.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with your week split across two core areas:
• 3 days per week – online group teaching and delivery, using platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
• 2 days per week – managing a dedicated caseload of approximately 20 learners, with visits to settings mainly in the Aylesbury area.
We’re looking for someone based in or near Aylesbury, or happy to travel there regularly, as that’s where the majority of your learner caseload will be located.
