Your Role:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Accurately record customer interactions in the database
Resolve issues and complaints in a professional manner
Troubleshoot using tools, training, and support materials
Provide clear solutions and excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Croatian, Portuguese, or French
Good command of English (C1 level)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and grow
High School Diploma or higher
Valid EU passport or Greek residence/work permit (mandatory)
