Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bracknell for an Email Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture customer engagement and drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing email marketing platforms, creating segmented email lists, analyzing campaign performance using marketing analytics, and refining strategies for lead generation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business goals is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools for campaign creation and execution
• Experience in Marketing Analytics to measure, optimize, and report campaign performance
• Strong skills in Lead Generation through email marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and craft compelling email content
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and audience targeting
• Ability to analyze data to drive insights and recommendations
• Familiarity with GDPR and best practices for email compliance and deliverability
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
