Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Fashion Designer at MYSTIK ARK. The role involves collaborating closely with the design team to develop creative concepts, assist in designing new fashion collections, and manage fittings. Responsibilities include working with textiles, coordinating embroidery work, and ensuring design consistency with the brand’s vision. The Assistant Fashion Designer will also provide support in sourcing materials and maintaining quality standards within the design process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Fashion Design and a solid understanding of design principles
• Proficiency in working with Embroidery and Textiles
• Knowledge of garment construction, Fitting, and related technical skills
• Strong creative and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the fashion industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fashion Design or a related field
