Our flagship disinfectant products, Clinell, are a no. 1 brand in the NHS.Reporting into the Senior Product Delivery Manager and part of a small cohesive team, your role is instrumental in NPD product feasibility (technical, clinical, regulatory) relating to new product innovation and product change management.The role is based out GAMA, Fellows Research Centre, Halifax (HX4 8LR). This role is full-time, permanent and offers hybrid working (3 office, 2 home).What will you do?Deliver new products or product changes from concept to market launchBe a key lead on NPD technical feasibility / clinical useability studies to support early product innovationManage stakeholders across all functional teams, external suppliers, and senior leadershipSolve problems yourself or with the wider teamEscalate issues appropriatelyMaintain project plans and documentsDeliver status updates on agreed projects to cover time, cost, spec, and budgetWork to stage gate processes and quality standardsLive GAMA’s values every day: Passionate; Win Together; Caring; Curious and Innovative; Have Fun!What will you need?We are keen to hear from aspirational Project Managers, Product Managers, Innovation Delivery Leads, Product Delivery Managers / Executives with relatable experience:A degree in a technical discipline – science, mechanical or electrical engineeringProven new product /change management /project management experience (delivery of time/cost/spec/resources/risks)Ability to define and implement feasibility studies to support product innovation e.g., clinical, technical, regulatoryExperience of working in a “product” related industry: infection prevention, medical devices, biocidal product or rigorous FMCG environmentExperience of managing multiple projects concurrently and managing changing specificationsThe ability to work throughout the product development lifecycle communication of status, actions, and risks to all levels of a project team up to the Executive level and external stakeholders where requiredA Project management qualification or extensive practical experienceReporting on the status of a portfolio of projectsProcess improvementWhat will you get when you join GAMA?Competitive salary, annual performance related bonus, and pension schemeCommitment to your personal and professional development34 days holiday (including bank holidays)Opportunity to buy/sell annual leaveA choice of different gyms at a discounted ratePrivate Medical Insurance cover for youHealth Cashback plan for vouchers toward opticians, physio, dental etcWhat’s it like at GAMA?At GAMA Healthcare we are motivated by purpose, not just the potential of our brands.
