Senior Ecommerce Manager – Up to £65,000 – Beauty Full Time NEW

We are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to play a key role within a growing in-house digital team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving rapid growth through the trading performance of multiple international websites. Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead best-in-class ecommerce trading practices across conversion, content, merchandising, and SEO.

You will own the global trading calendar, aligning campaigns and activations with commercial goals while identifying opportunities and risks. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimise customer journeys and deliver impactful digital experiences.

You will analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve site performance and trading strategy. Hands-on management of website content, campaigns, and product launches will be a core part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will also contribute to the digital roadmap, working with UX and product teams to enhance user experience and drive innovation.
