Events Waiter Full Time NEW

Role

We are currently looking for a Waiter to join our Banqueting team at Rosewood London. Our Waiters are entrusted with supporting the Events Head Waiters and Supervisors in leading the events casual and agency associates to ensure service levels are adhered to the agreed standards and exceeds guest expectations. 

Key expectations of this role are

• Ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered in allocated event spaces according to Rosewood standards.
• Acting as a point of contact for Event clients and guests for all assigned events ensuring the utmost levels of service and satisfaction at all times.
• Taking responsibility for any last-minute changes an organiser may make, and act upon them.
• Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by Events to be able to maximise sales.
• Overseeing the Events Set-up team during each event’s set up and tear down.
• Effectively communicating tasks to agency and casual associates.

Profile

• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
• A good understanding of how to supervise agency and casual associates.
• Having a passion for events and taking ownership of the guest experience.
