Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Team Member based in Milton Keynes. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, managing inventory, setting up and organizing produce displays, and maintaining a clean and welcoming sales environment. Additional tasks include operating the cash register, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the quality and freshness of all produce. The role also involves assisting with customer deliveries and supporting community outreach efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with customers and providing a positive shopping experience.
• Inventory Management and Organizational skills for managing stock levels and arranging produce displays.
• Physical Stamina and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving produce.
• Time Management and Teamwork skills to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic Cash Handling and POS System experience for processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality.
• Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings as required.
• A valid driver’s license and knowledge of the local Luton area are a plus.
