Our night team plays a crucial role in upholding these values when many others are asleep.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Night Care Assistant, you’ll ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting personal care needs with dignity and discretionMonitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any concernsCreating a peaceful, reassuring environmentAssisting with hydration and nutrition where neededMaintaining accurate records and supporting the nursing teamHelping residents settle down for the evening and feel secure overnightWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in care is ideal, but if you have the right values and transferable skills, we’d still love to hear from youSVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essentialA caring, compassionate approach and a genuine interest in working with older peopleA team player who’s reliable, respectful, and comfortable working night shiftsAbout UsHallhouse is part of Belsize Healthcare, a family-owned provider with over 100 care homes across the UK.
