Job Description:
The Product Support Account Manager will manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the South East, maximise the revenue and profitability of Product Support (Parts & Service) sales from new and existing customers. You will be responsible for maintaining regular call cycles, preparing and submitting monthly forecasting reports, and acting as a primary contact for customers.
