About Role
We are looking for a Relief Chef Manager to support multiple sites, manage kitchen operations, and deliver high-quality food services in an education catering environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage kitchen operations across multiple sites
• Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal food at volume
• Lead and supervise kitchen teams
• Ensure smooth daily service and compliance standards
• Coordinate with onsite clients and stakeholders
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Step in where needed to support operations
Candidate Requirements
• Experience as a Chef Manager or similar role
• Strong cooking and people management skills
• Experience in high-volume food preparation
• Ability to manage multiple locations (relief role)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety and compliance

Additional Information
