What you’ll do
- Own and grow a niche tech market (Cloud, ERP, CRM, Software).
- Win new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build a profitable desk through consistent outbound activity.
- Create high‑quality job ads and outreach content.
- Drive brand presence through social engagement and events.
- Lead by example and support junior consultants as we scale.
What we’re looking for
- Proven success as a 360 tech recruiter.
- Strong BD track record and commercial mindset.
- Confident communicator and negotiator.
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by success.
- Able to mentor junior consultants as needed.
