Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Lounge & Bar Supervisor to support the management of food and beverage operations within the lounge and bar areas. This role is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and supporting junior management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Bar & Lounge Manager and F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Lead food and beverage service in the absence of management
• Supervise and support Food & Beverage Assistants during service
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Prepare and reset lounge areas for different services throughout the day
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and cleaning of food service equipment
• Maintain operational standards and contribute to repeat customer engagement
• Deputize for the Lounge & Bars Manager when required

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or food & beverage
• Strong understanding of bar and lounge operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate team members
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
