About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Deputy Manager to support the reopening and ongoing operations of a hospitality venue following refurbishment. This role involves leading front-of-house teams, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring high standards of service and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in daily operations
- Lead and develop front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Manage stock levels and support inventory control
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support marketing and promotional activities
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage operations in a high-volume environment
- Good understanding of financial and operational performance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
