About Role
We are seeking a Reception Manager to oversee front office operations and ensure exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily front desk operations and guest services
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Supervise and motivate reception team members
• Manage billing, revenue posting, and guest accounts
• Collect and analyze guest feedback
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain front office systems and procedures
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience at supervisory level or above
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in handling guest complaints professionally
• Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., OPERA)
• Ability to manage team performance and operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
